Salon Blu & Day Spa Satisfaction Guaranteed

Salon Blu & Day Spa is unable to issue refunds on salon services. We constantly strive for the utmost in personal care to consistently provide you with quality and efficient service. If you are dissatisfied with any service with our salon company for any reason, please notify the salon management within 7 days of the service. We require that you return to the salon so the service provider and salon management can inspect your service.

Salon Blu & Day Spa will make every effort to resolve any issues by scheduling a redo appointment with the designer who performed the service no later than 10 days after the initial service, at no charge. If you wish to see a designer other than the designer who performed the service, you can communicate that with us and management will work with you and let you know who is available.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Salon Blu & Day Spa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. This allows time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as, keep our Salon Blu & Day Spa team member’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. If you “no show” for more than two scheduled appointments, you maybe required to pay a nonrefundable deposit in order to schedule another appointment.

Payment

Salon Blu & Day Spa accepts Cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and personal checks.

*A $35 bank fee will be applied to any checks returned as Insufficient Funds

Deposits

Salon Blu & Day Spa requires deposits for extension, wedding, spa parties, full-set eyelash extensions, brazilian services, and services exceeding 2.5 hours.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included with any service or package; however, in appreciation for outstanding service may be given at your discretion. Salon Blu & Day Spa can process gratuity via credit card.

Refunds & Returns

Salon Blu & Day Spa does provide refunds on retail products unopened or unused 30 days from original purchase. Otherwise retail items may exchanged only. Products may not be returned after 30 days from purchase.
